    Default broken fuel line

While pulling the motor, one the fuel lines cracked where the line attaches to the hard line. Ive never replced or repaired fuel injection lines before. It looks to be heat attached to the line from heat shrinking the line?

I thought they were metal style connectors ? If there plastic lines they are pressed on with special tool, although you can heat it with real hot water and quickly press on with hands,be careful it don't kink or bend.I place the fitting against a flat surface then press the tube towards the barbed fitting, better leverage.Auto parts have the kits.

A few people have told that the repair kits leak? Has one used it? Also would socketless hose work the same as the factor line?
